Job Summary:
Do you thrive under pressure and shine behind the scenes? Are you a born leader with a passion for flawless event execution? We’re looking for a Production Manager who lives and breathes live events and knows how to make magic happen.
Join a fast-growing, high-impact team where no two days are the same. From high-profile conferences to creative virtual experiences, you’ll be at the heart of the action, managing production from start to finish, coaching teams, and delivering events that wow.
This is a full-time role based in Toronto, with a mix of in-office work, onsite event presence, and client-facing activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Production LeadershipManage end-to-end event production (pre, during, and post)
Collaborate with account managers to design and prepare stunning AV setups
Oversee all event details, technical requirements, and documentation
Execute virtual platform demos and provide tech guidance to clients
Build relationships with clients, venues, and vendors to ensure event success
Lead, mentor, and support a team of onsite technicians and event staff
Ensure consistent standards, safety protocols, and event procedures are followed
Champion professional development and quality control onsite
Create production schedules, run-of-show documents, signal flow diagrams and floor plans
Manage rental and labour resources using Flex software
Supervise AV setups and act as Show Caller as needed
Facilitate event content delivery, edited video files, and post-event reporting

Experience running live and hybrid events from concept to execution
Strong organizational and communication skills
Confidence using AV and production software tools
Ability to multitask in high-stakes environments
Passion for mentorship and team building
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in event production, hospitality, or business
3+ years in live event production or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written interactions with clients, vendors, and employees
Knowledge and experience of audio-visual equipment in a live event environment
Ability to adapt to new technology
Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
A strong commitment to customer service
Outstanding organizational skills

Knowledge of current Safety Guidelines for the Live Performance Industry in Ontario is an asset
Knowledge of current municipal, provincial, and federal workplace health & safety regulations is an asset

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
