Position Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Insurance Sales Assistant to support our growing agency. In this role, you’ll assist licensed insurance producers with client communications, quoting, and account management while also helping generate new business opportunities. If you have insurance experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping people, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support licensed insurance agents with new business sales and renewals.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Provide information on auto, home, renters, and other personal lines insurance products.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and policy presentations.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Assist with account management, policy changes, billing questions, and claims support.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products.
• Help track sales metrics and contribute to team performance goals.
• Perform light administrative support such as scheduling and client follow-ups.
• Do client requotes

Qualifications:

• Previous insurance experience is a plus. (customer service, account manager or sales).
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or marketing a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
