We're looking for a full-time Preschool Assistant Teacher who is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to helping young children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. As a Preschool Assistant Teacher, you'll work alongside the Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom where children can thrive.

• Assisting with the implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities
• Supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Supervising children to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment
• Encouraging independence through hands-on learning and play
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Assisting with meals, transitions, outdoor play, and daily routines
• Following all OCFS regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
• Collaborating with teachers and center leadership to provide exceptional care
