This executive leadership role will oversee global procurement operations and supplier management in support of mission-critical data center environments.
You will partner closely with Operations leaders, Regional COOs, site teams, and senior procurement stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective commercial frameworks.
The role has broad ownership across service agreements, supplier performance, maintenance, security services, critical spares, and asset lifecycle management.
You will drive reliable, secure, compliant, and cost-efficient service delivery across complex, multi-region operations.
A major focus will be balancing global procurement standards with the flexibility required across high-availability environments.
You will use performance data, commercial levers, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supplier outcomes and optimize total cost of ownership.

• Lead the execution of global procurement operations and supplier management programs in alignment with established procurement strategies and operational priorities.
• Serve as a senior procurement and supply chain partner to Data Center Operations, Regional COOs, site leadership, and executive stakeholders.
• Translate operational requirements into supplier strategies, commercial frameworks, service delivery models, and execution plans that support uptime, security, compliance, and customer commitments.
• Manage global and regional service contracts covering maintenance, repair and maintenance, preventative maintenance, facilities management, security, specialized technical services, and related operating services.
• Structure, negotiate, and govern master service agreements and regional contracts, incorporating clear service definitions, SLAs, escalation mechanisms, recovery commitments, and accountability requirements.
• Establish and lead supplier performance governance, including Quarterly Business Reviews and Strategic Business Reviews, while tracking KPIs related to uptime, availability, response times, recovery, quality, and SLA performance.
• Drive supplier continuous improvement through benchmarking, performance analysis, commercial negotiations, and contractual mechanisms.
• Oversee procurement execution for repair, maintenance, and preventative maintenance programs, ensuring contracts support response times, recovery SLAs, maintenance schedules, OEM standards, asset criticality, and uptime objectives.
• Develop and govern critical spare parts strategies, including inventory models, supplier frameworks, stocking approaches, and rapid fulfillment capabilities.
• Ensure procurement frameworks support 24/7 emergency response and enable effective supplier mobilization during major incidents.
• Partner with Operations to ensure customer-facing SLAs are incorporated into supplier agreements and that supply chain risks are proactively addressed.
• Oversee procurement activities for physical security services, access control, CCTV, surveillance infrastructure, software licensing, and related security systems while maintaining compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
• Manage equipment end-of-life and lifecycle transition programs, including recycling, responsible disposal, reuse, and refurbishment where appropriate.
• Integrate lifecycle considerations into supplier contracts, total cost of ownership models, capacity planning, and service strategies.
• Enable accurate asset visibility through asset tracking, registries, configuration management, maintenance records, and integration with supplier and operational systems.
• Provide procurement support for expansions, capacity projects, equipment upgrades, retrofits, and in-life capital works while minimizing disruption to live operations.
• Lead continuous improvement across supplier performance, commercial structures, service models, maintenance outcomes, and cost efficiency.
• Introduce data-driven and predictive approaches to improve maintenance performance, supplier outcomes, risk management, and total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate extensively with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Security, Risk, Finance, Asset Management, Category Management, OEMs, and external service providers.

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across procurement, supply chain, infrastructure services, or closely related disciplines.
• Proven experience managing global service agreements, complex supplier relationships, and structured performance governance programs, including QBRs and SBRs.
• Strong track record supporting operations in uptime-critical, mission-critical, or similarly high-availability environments.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, systems, maintenance requirements, and asset lifecycle services.
• Experience working across multi-region and geographically distributed operating environments.
• Demonstrated ability to convert operational requirements into procurement execution plans, commercial frameworks, supplier strategies, and scalable service models.
• Extensive experience structuring, negotiating, and governing complex global and regional service contracts.
• Strong expertise in supplier performance management using KPIs, SLAs, benchmarking, performance data, and contractual incentives or remedies.
• Knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance, critical spares, emergency response, service readiness, and operational continuity requirements.
• Experience with procurement strategies for data center security services, including physical security personnel and technical security systems.
• Understanding of equipment lifecycle management, end-of-life planning, recycling, reuse, refurbishment, sustainability, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience with asset tracking, lifecycle visibility, configuration management, and maintenance or service history systems.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including the ability to optimize cost, performance, risk allocation, and total cost of ownership.
• Ability to balance global standardization with regional flexibility across complex operating models.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic execution partner to operations executives, regional leaders, site teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 30%, with travel requirements potentially increasing as the business evolves.

• $270,000–$290,000 base salary plus bonus, with the stated range based on Colorado market data and potential variation by location.
