  • Assist with performance reviews by providing meaningful feedback regarding employee strengths, areas for improvement, attendance, professionalism, and overall performance.
  • Prepare and adjust weekly server schedules to provide appropriate coverage and balanced workloads.
  • Use technology effectively, including Cubigo and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Enter and maintain accurate resident meal and delivery charges in the designated tracking system.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, service expectations, and the employee handbook, addressing concerns fairly, consistently, and respectfully.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and dining room teams to maintain smooth communication and timely problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with the Dining Services Director to improve processes, strengthen teamwork, and enhance the overall resident dining experience.
  • Maintain dining areas so they are clean, organized, properly set, and ready for residents and guests.
  • Step in and assist the team when needed, especially during busy periods, while maintaining a leadership presence.
  • Able to train and support team members in using new technology and processes.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting basic system issues, finding solutions, and knowing when to seek additional support.
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, fine dining, restaurant, or food service supervision preferred.
  • Previous fine dining or upscale hospitality experience strongly preferred.
