This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gerente de Tecnologia e Inovação em Saúde (Neurociência) based in Brazil.

This role leads strategic access initiatives across key healthcare accounts within the neuroscience therapeutic area. You will develop and execute account plans designed to expand patient access, accelerate reimbursement, and support the incorporation of innovative treatments. The position combines healthcare strategy, stakeholder engagement, scientific communication, and pharmacoeconomic expertise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and healthcare decision-makers to understand account dynamics and influence pathways. The role requires a strong ability to translate complex clinical and economic evidence into compelling value propositions for sophisticated audiences. Accountabilities:
  • Lead strategic action plans across assigned healthcare accounts to support reimbursement, incorporation, and expanded access to neuroscience treatments.
  • Map the access status of relevant products within each account, including coverage, protocols, treatment positioning, and competitive context.
  • Identify and map key stakeholders, decision-makers, influencers, and external networks, including healthcare managers, physicians, pharmacists, patient associations, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze each account’s decision-making model and identify the key criteria and drivers influencing treatment incorporation and access decisions.
  • Lead tactical incorporation and access initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams, coordinating activities that can accelerate patient access and improve treatment pathways.
  • Communicate the clinical and economic value proposition of relevant treatments, adapting scientific and value-based messaging to the needs of each stakeholder and account.
  • Use pharmacoeconomic tools, simulations, calculators, and evidence to support healthcare decision-makers in evaluating treatment value.
  • Disseminate high-quality scientific evidence, including network meta-analyses, indirect treatment comparisons, and real-world evidence, to support informed decision-making.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with external healthcare stakeholders and recognized experts involved in treatment and access decisions.
  • Ensure effective governance and alignment across cross-functional access initiatives, maintaining visibility on projects, priorities, and account progress.
  • Coordinate with strategic partnership teams when commercial negotiations, partnerships, or account-specific initiatives require additional support.
  • Provide regular updates to access leadership and value strategy stakeholders regarding account status, progress, risks, opportunities, and next steps.
  • Participate in internal brand and strategy meetings, providing field-based insights and contributing to cross-functional decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, activity records, meeting documentation, and performance indicators through relevant company systems and planning tools.
  • Ensure all activities and stakeholder interactions comply with applicable legislation, industry regulations, ethical standards, and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency, particularly for reading and interpreting scientific literature.
  • Postgraduate qualification or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field is desirable.
  • Professional experience in healthcare technology, information management, market access, healthcare strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience working with the private healthcare market, health insurance providers, healthcare operators, and/or healthcare providers.
  • Experience in neuroscience, immunobiologics, or a related therapeutic area is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly across the Central-West, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, Northern and Northeastern regions of Brazil.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and fundamental pharmacoeconomic concepts, including cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, cost-per-response, and NNT.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policy and market access dynamics across public and private healthcare environments.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate complex scientific and pharmacoeconomic information to highly sophisticated audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to align multiple teams around shared strategic objectives.
  • Strategic and innovative mindset, with the ability to anticipate medium- and long-term opportunities and develop multi-stakeholder strategies.
  • Resilience and persistence when navigating complex negotiations, setbacks, and access challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholder relationships, account plans, and field activities.
  • High standards of ethics and integrity, with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and responsible engagement with healthcare stakeholders.
