ON CALL/TEMPORARY ARMED SPECIAL SECURITY OFFICER

Location: Phoenix, AZ area

REQUIREMENT: Current Armed State of Arizona guard card

Position Overview: Armed Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, managing access control, patrolling the premises, and responding to incidents. The role includes identifying threats, reporting hazards, and supporting a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform foot and post patrols to deter threats and maintain order
• Enforce access protocols and respond to alarms/emergencies
• Complete reports and document all significant incidents
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and management
• De-escalate conflicts and maintain professional conduct in all interactions
• Maintain a clean and organized post or vehicle at all times

Qualifications:

• Active Armed AZ Guard Card Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong written, verbal, and observational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
