The position combines end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, competency assessment, and talent market intelligence.

- Act as a strategic talent advisor and primary point of contact for business leaders, providing insights on talent markets, attraction strategies, competency profiles, and workforce needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through candidate assessment, selection, and closing, ensuring quality, efficiency, candidate experience, and adherence to SLAs.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-performing talent through multiple channels and build pipelines for strategic and hard-to-fill positions.
- Conduct structured candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews and case studies, to evaluate skills, potential, and organizational fit.
- Use recruitment data and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions and continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Monitor key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, generating actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience through data-driven improvements.
- Support employer branding initiatives designed to strengthen the organization’s positioning as an attractive destination for high-quality talent.
- Build trusted relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, acting as a consultative partner throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to international recruitment initiatives and adapt sourcing and selection approaches to different markets and talent pools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; postgraduate education is a plus.
- At least 3 years of solid experience in Recruitment & Selection, with hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Fluent English is required for communication with international candidates and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical ability, with experience using recruitment data and KPIs to support decisions and define talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trusted relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Strong consultative mindset and the ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter, is desirable.
- Previous experience with international recruitment across different geographies is a strong advantage.
- Experience in consulting, financial services, technology, legal services, or other high-performance professional environments is a plus.
