This is a direct hire opportunity offering flexibility in scheduling (20-40 hours/week - your choice!) and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in operating wastewater treatment systems efficiently, maintaining compliance, and continuously improving plant performance.

Required Qualifications

• NC Grade II Biological Wastewater Operator License (or higher is acceptable)
• At least 1+ year of wastewater operations experience
• Strong understanding of biological treatment processes
• Ability to troubleshoot systems independently
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and reporting systems)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in industrial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling or field service software
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and inspection

Work Schedule & Pay

• Flexible hours: 20-40 hours per week - you chose if you want to work PT or FT
• Pay: $26/hour
