Job Description
As a Senior Digital Product Manager, Help & Support, you’ll own a high-visibility digital journey end-to-end, sharpening strategy and shipping work that improves the customer experience.
This is a Think Company staffing opportunity with one of our enterprise clients. You’ll be fully embedded with one of our strategic client partners, collaborating daily with their stakeholders, working within their processes and structures, and representing Think Company through strong delivery, communication, and consulting acumen.

- Location: Hybrid — Philadelphia, PA; 1 day per week on-site
- Employment type: Full-time, Exempt (Contract staffing engagement)
- Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000
What You'll Do
- Serve as the strategic owner of the Help & Support journey, maintaining a living roadmap that evolves with customer needs, business priorities, and platform capabilities
- Make prioritization and sequencing decisions that balance customer impact, support-team deflection, and technical feasibility
- Maintain ongoing alignment with support leadership and operations stakeholders, ensuring digital and live support work together rather than in parallel
- Lead discovery, definition, and delivery across a team of engineers and designers, from problem framing through launch and iteration
What You Bring
- Track record of owning complex, customer-facing digital journeys end-to-end, including translating vision and near-term strategy into a specific backlog of work
- Strong cross-functional instincts for building alignment across stakeholders and teams
- High degree of data fluency — comfortable using KPIs (NPS, CSAT, deflection rates, funnel analytics) to drive backlog decisions and tell the story of progress
- Clear, confident communication that scales across stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Experience grooming digital backlogs and leading prioritization exercises based on business needs, customer impact, and level of effort
