Job Description
Caregiver (Special Needs)
LOOKING FOR APPLICANTS WHO LIVE IN ARVADA
Fully community based.
Required hours:
This isn’t your typical 9–5.
You’ll spend your days:
Getting creative with arts, games, and new experiences
Exploring the community
Mentoring and uplifting individuals in meaningful ways

Support individuals with daily living needs (ADLs)
Document progress and maintain communication with leadership
Ensure health, safety, and well-being during all activities
Transport clients and travel within assigned areas
Minimum Requirements:
21+ years old
Valid driver’s license
Current auto insurance & registration

Active role: walking, standing, moving throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support safe transfers
