Responsibilities of a Caregiver / Care Partner:

Provide resident centered personal care including bathroom assistance, washing, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, and social supportAssist residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipmentDeliver a positive dining experience and assist residents with meals, snacks and supplementsDocument resident care and behaviorQualifications of a Caregiver / Care Partner:

You are not required to be a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) - we will train the right candidatesDedication to and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skillsPositive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents and the ability to work in a team environment are keys to successPrevious experience working with seniors preferredAbility to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident’s best interestPossess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understandingCompetent in organizational and time management skillsDemonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skillsHigh school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
