About the role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the front door of Zion HealthShare’s partnership engine.
This role is responsible for managing inbound interest, qualifying opportunities, supporting the Sales inbox, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks. Effort, responsiveness, and follow-through drive success in this role.
For the right person, this is a high-growth entry point into partnership sales. Starting pay at $19.00 - $19.50 with activity/performance bonus structure. Clear path to promotion into Account Executive role.
What you'll do
- Answer and manage inbound calls from interested partners and companies
- Qualify and route opportunities to appropriate Account Executives
- Manage and maintain the Sales inbox
- Reach out to individuals who started enrollment but did not complete
- Follow up on inbound web interest and referrals
- Track activity and notes within CRM
- Support AEs with scheduling and pipeline organization
- Ensure response time standards are met
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
- Speed to lead response times
- Number of qualified opportunities passed to AEs
- Conversion rate on pending completion outreach
- Inbox response SLA adherence
- CRM cleanliness and activity tracking
- Positive partner first-impression feedback
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- High energy and coachable
- Strong communicator over phone and email
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Driven. b y activity and measurable output
- Growth-minded and eager to move into a closing role over time
Experience preferred
- Experience in customer service, call center, or inside sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems

The pay range for this role is:
19 - 19.50 USD per hour(St George)
