Procare HR is looking for a builder -- someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy, revenue operations, and emerging technology. This is not a role for someone who manages platforms. It is a role for someone who architects them, automates across them, and constantly asks: what can we do with this that nobody else has thought to try?
Reporting directly to the CMO, you will own the technology and operational infrastructure that powers our demand generation, account-based marketing, and revenue alignment motion – this is a chance to build a go-to-market foundation with AI at its core. You will drive both vision and execution.
We serve senior living organizations, and our buyers are C-suite and senior operations leaders in a relationship-driven, compliance-sensitive industry. This is a focused vertical, which means we need precision over volume -- and that precision starts with the systems you help build.
What you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing operations, revenue operations, or a GTM engineering function.
- Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce CRM.
- Proven ABM program buildout -- not just exposure, but end-to-end tracking.
- Strong data skills: attribution modeling, dashboard construction, BI tool fluency.
- Active AI practitioner -- you use LLMs, automation tools, and AI-powered platforms in your daily workflow.
- Builder track record: you have built programs from scratch and can show the before/after.
- Ability to operate strategically (roadmap, prioritization, executive communication) and tactically (actually do the work).
- Experience with ABM platforms: RollWorks, 6sense, Demandbase, etc. (Strongly Preferred).
- Familiarity with intent data providers (Strongly Preferred).
- Experience in relationship-driven verticals (Strongly Preferred).
- Experience supporting a small marketing team as a force multiplier (Strongly Preferred).
- Experience in the senior care, healthcare, or workforce management industry (Preferred).
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for lightweight automation scripts (Preferred).
- In your first 90 days,
- Full audit of current tech stack, data flows, and attribution gaps -- with a documented 12-month roadmap
- Initial ABM account list built, scored, and loaded into platform for campaign activation
- First AI-assisted workflow deployed and in production
- By end of year one,
- A functioning ABM motion across 2,000 target accounts with measurable pipeline attribution
- Executive dashboard providing real-time visibility into channel performance, ABM engagement, and revenue contribution
- AI-powered processes that meaningfully reduce manual effort across the marketing function
- Procare HR marketing infrastructure that can scale without linear headcount growth
- Health insurance with company paid premium for employee only coverage
- FSA and HSA options available
- Company paid dental insurance for employee only coverage
- Company paid life insurance
- Company paid short- and long-term disability insurance
- A 401K plan with company match and safe harbor contribution
- Paid Time Off
- Additional ancillary benefits including Vision, Critical Illness, Voluntary Life/AD&D, and Accident
