This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced product leader to guide the vision, strategy, and delivery of innovative solutions within a collaborative Agile environment. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring products are built with clear priorities, measurable value, and customer impact. You will own product roadmaps, define requirements, and help teams deliver solutions that address complex business needs. Working with cross-functional partners, you will influence strategic decisions, optimize product outcomes, and contribute to initiatives that improve healthcare experiences. • Own and manage the product backlog by creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories to maximize business and customer value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Agile teams, providing direction, clarification, and decision-making support throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered effectively, within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans and ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution.
  • Lead product planning activities, support Agile ceremonies, and continuously improve delivery processes and outcomes.
  • Analyze challenges, evaluate opportunities, and make informed decisions using independent judgment and data-driven insights.
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership teams on product-related initiatives, priorities, and long-term functional strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in product ownership, product management, solution delivery, or related leadership roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a product, solution, delivery, or Agile leadership capacity.
  • Experience working within Agile environments, including familiarity with product ownership practices and frameworks such as SAFe.
  • Strong ability to define product requirements, manage priorities, and align multiple stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex and evolving challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage technical teams, business partners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and influence outcomes with minimal supervision.
Benefits
  • Fully remote position available nationwide in the United States.
  • Competitive annual salary range of $115,200 - $158,400.
  • Eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off, company holidays, and personal holidays.
  • Paid parental and caregiver leave.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Life insurance benefits.
  • Wellness-focused benefits supporting personal and family well-being.
  • Home office support, including appropriate technology and equipment for remote work.
  • Internet expense support may be available for eligible employees in select states.
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful healthcare-focused products and initiatives.
