Senior Marketing Manager - PH

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager - PH based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead marketing initiatives for a mission-driven organization focused on improving workforce development solutions across the United States.
The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, allowing you to shape brand presence, campaigns, and market engagement.
You will work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to create impactful messaging and drive growth initiatives.
The role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong project management skills.
You will own marketing programs across digital channels, events, content, and communications while contributing to organizational expansion.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, supporting business growth and strengthening brand visibility among workforce development organizations, government entities, and social impact partners.

  • Build and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organizational goals and target markets.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and campaign planning to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives across social media, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and content channels.
  • Create and maintain marketing materials, including website content, social posts, presentations, flyers, and customer-facing resources.
  • Develop and edit video content for social media, webinars, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns using tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
  • Coordinate PR activities, partnerships, and external communications to increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to translate complex solutions into clear and compelling messaging.
  • Manage conference participation and industry events, including registrations, sponsorships, logistics, internal coordination, and promotional activities.
  • Own webinar planning and execution, including scheduling, speaker coordination, registration setup, and supporting materials.
  • Define marketing KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Support stakeholder requests by creating marketing assets and communication materials that align with brand standards.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional with strong digital expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives while collaborating across teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated success in campaign management and brand development.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience creating marketing content, presentations, and visual assets using tools such as Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based organizations, customers, or teams is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
  • Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
