This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Workday professional to optimize critical HR technology solutions and improve employee lifecycle processes.
You will support the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing performance of Workday Benefits and Recruiting modules within a collaborative environment.
The position combines technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and close partnership with HR, talent, payroll, and IT teams.
You will help ensure reliable system operations by managing workflows, resolving issues, and implementing improvements that support business needs.

You will play a key role in enhancing digital HR experiences through effective configuration, reporting, integrations, and system governance.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Benefits and Recruiting modules to support evolving business requirements.
- Manage benefit plans, eligibility rules, open enrollment processes, recruiting workflows, and system security configurations.
- Troubleshoot Workday system issues, provide production support, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
- Support Workday releases, testing activities, change management processes, and ongoing system improvements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data audits to support accurate decision-making.
- Assist with integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) processes, and data validation activities.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Analyze system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and reliability.
- Support complex HR technology initiatives while ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Active Workday certification in Benefits, Recruiting, or a related Workday module.
- 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience with strong expertise in Benefits and Recruiting functionality.
- Proven experience with Workday configuration, business processes, security roles, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex system issues.
- Experience supporting large or complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and business requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, technology, and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality solutions in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on data accuracy, system optimization, and continuous improvement.
