We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape meaningful digital experiences within a large-scale technology environment.
This role combines strategic thinking, user-centered design, and strong execution skills to solve complex problems through intuitive and impactful solutions.
You will lead end-to-end design initiatives, partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to create experiences that balance user needs and business goals.
The position offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, improve design practices, and contribute to scalable digital ecosystems.
You will use research, data, and design expertise to transform challenges into clear journeys, interfaces, and solutions.
As a senior member of the team, you will also contribute to design culture, mentor peers, and promote quality across products.

• Lead end-to-end product design projects, from problem discovery and research through solution delivery and implementation.
• Contribute to product strategy by bringing a strong user experience perspective and a systemic design approach.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability tests, and validation activities to support informed product decisions.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and improve user experiences.
• Design intuitive user flows, interfaces, and experiences aligned with user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the evolution and governance of Design Systems, ensuring consistency across products and features.
• Act as a technical reference within the design team, supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring less experienced designers.
• Participate in design critiques, reviews, and collaborative sessions to improve the quality of solutions.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and customer-focused design practices across the organization.

• Solid experience working as a Product Designer on digital products, with the ability to independently lead complex design initiatives.
• Strong technical background in UX, UI, information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and validation processes.
• Ability to make design decisions based on data, metrics, user insights, and business context.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, design process, impact of solutions, and quality of execution.
• Experience designing complex digital products, platforms, scalable ecosystems, B2B solutions, SaaS products, or fintech products is a plus.
• Experience with Design Systems, component governance, and scalable design practices is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of accessibility principles and usability best practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with product metrics and experimentation frameworks is a plus.
• Previous experience mentoring junior designers and influencing strategic product decisions is a plus.
