The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Master Data Steward to join our Planning Services team for a 12 - month Contract. In this role, you will be responsible for creating master data records for new items supporting our Commercial business. This would include reviewing new requests for completeness, gathering missing info from the requestor, communicating with stakeholders to gather pricing and other item information, data manipulation and formatting, manual entry and uploading of data into our systems, and validation of the data upload.

  • Perform automated or manual entry of Master Data into corporate systems.
  • Participate in both commercialization and program change processes.
  • Vanguard the company data integrity via auditing queries and ensuring data standards are met within the company.
  • Maintain data through cleansing, and repair of non-conforming data elements.
  • Prepare/Update “benchmark” templates for commercialization process.
  • Clean legacy data of nomenclature and integrity anomalies.
  • Assist with various projects as needed.

What you bring to the role:

  • Post-secondary education in Operations Management preferred.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in consumer-packaged goods.
  • Proficient or familiarity with Dynamics AX/365 and Power BI reporting systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Proficient in data entry with high level of accuracy.
  • Strong time management and priority setting skills.
  • Action oriented and drives for results.
  • Customer focused.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical approach to data, can break down data into simple high level summaries.
