Job Description

  • GENERAL DESCRIPTION
    • The receptionist is the first point of contact for all patients, family members, and sales representatives. The receptionist will assist in developing and fostering positive relationships with those that seek services. Further, they will contribute to the promotion and growth of all services offered and support a high quality, patient-centered environment.
  • EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
    • One to two years secretarial school training or equivalent education and experience preferred.
  • WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
    • One to two years office experience with demonstrated effective communication skills and proven organizational and interpersonal skills required (medical office work preferred).
    • Heavy telephone experience required.
    • Computer literacy essential.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Salary Range $16.00 - $22.40
