Provide administrative and clerical support to Medical Staff Office to maintain an efficient work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education/experience equivalent to a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.
2. Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to the use of the following programs:
a. Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
b. PDF Editing programs (Adobe and/or Foxit).
3. Proficient in using and navigating the Windows Operating System.
4. Proficient in utilizing and navigating the internet, email, group distribution, scheduling, and
managing shared meeting calendars.
5. Strong numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong communication, organization, planning skills and work-flow management.
7. Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, team work and reliability.
8. Proficient in recording notes and reporting meeting minutes with clarity and accuracy.
9. Excellent secretarial skills, including scanning, filing, copying, preparing and retrieving mail,
organization, and completing tasks with specific multi-step instructions.
10. Proficient understanding of medical terminology.
