Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor in Osage Beach, Missouri at Lake Regional Health System

Job Summary
Responsible for general supervision of the hospital during the absence of Senior Administration, Senior VP Clinical Services, and/or the Department Managers. Maintains a safe environment and coordinates activities of hospital personnel in order to provide quality and continuity of care. Instrumental in patient flow and throughout the organization. Must be able to mentor and coach staff at all levels. Must be self-directed and willing to make tough decision for the best interest of the patients.

Qualifications:

• Missouri RN licensure required.
• (BLS) & (ACLS) certifications required.
• Critical Care experience preferred.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Annual influenza vaccine required.
