Job Overview
Under the supervision of the Manager, Human Resources the Recruiter performs planning, marketing, sourcing, screening, hiring, training, advising, and administration/coordination duties to fill existing Deaconess job openings.
What You Will Need
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required. Awareness of and ability to apply appropriate federal and state laws and hospital policies and procedures regarding employment activities.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
PHR preferred.
