milk + honey is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our luxury spa location in Culver City.

As our General Manager, you'll take ownership of location performance, including revenue growth, profitability, operations, and employee engagement. Business Performance & Financial Leadership

• Own location P&L, revenue targets, budgets, and profitability.
• Develop strategies to drive sales, memberships, guest retention, and business growth.
• Analyze financial and operational KPIs to improve performance, manage expenses, and optimize service utilization.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and high-performing teams.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture built on accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People teams on hiring, workforce planning, employee relations, and retention.

Guest Experience & Operational Excellence

• Champion luxury hospitality standards and exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive guest satisfaction, service quality, rebooking, and membership performance.
• Maintain operational efficiency, brand standards, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Build local partnerships and community relationships throughout Culver City and Los Angeles.
• Collaborate with Marketing to increase brand awareness, attract new guests, and drive revenue.

• Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, spa management, wellness, luxury retail, or a comparable service-driven business.
• Demonstrated success managing P&L statements, budgets, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Experience developing leaders, managing teams, and driving employee engagement.
• Strong analytical, financial, and operational decision-making skills.
• A guest-focused, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience in luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, retail, or a comparable service-driven business.
• Demonstrated experience leading large teams, including coaching and developing managers, driving accountability, and improving employee performance.
• Proven P&L management experience with accountability for revenue growth, operating budgets, labor costs, and profitability.
• Track record of achieving measurable business results through strategic planning, operational improvements, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
