We develop our leaders from within, because the strongest hospitality companies are the ones that grow their own.ABOUT LE PETIT PALI LAGUNA BEACH:Perched on Laguna Beach's famed Coast Highway at the southern end of the town's winding oceanside route, Le Petit Pali Laguna Beach is a two-story hideaway with 41 king and suite rooms, an intimate guest lobby and bar, and a sparkling pool area nestled among soaring palm trees, all just steps from Treasure Island Beach and Goff Cove, two of the area's most revered beachfront destinations.POSITION PROFILE:The General Manager is the driving force behind Le Petit Pali Laguna Beach — leading Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Overnight Operations as one cohesive team. You'll balance hands-on execution with financial oversight, driving profitability through disciplined expense management and a relentless focus on the guest experience.THE TASK AT HAND:Hire, train, coach, and develop all team members, holding leaders accountable for operational standards and follow-through.Lead performance management, regular feedback, and formal evaluations, staying current on HR, labor, and OSHA compliance.Facilitate the monthly property Safety Committee and ensure full compliance with all safety, OSHA, and Local regulatory requirements.Own the guest experience — personalized, consistent hospitality with a focus on maintaining 4.0+ review scores across platforms, including guest recovery efforts.Maintain the property to the highest cleanliness, maintenance, design, and Eye for Detail standards through regular inspections, walkthroughs and documented Preventative Maintenance protocols.Oversee Food & Beverage operations, partnering with the Corporate F&B team to maximize revenue, quality, and guest satisfaction.Own the property's financial performance — budgets, labor management, margin improvement, inventories, and accurate monthly reporting for ownership.Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to drive RevPAR.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:RequiredMinimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel setting, with strong knowledge of Hotel and F&B operations.Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills; calm under pressure with sound judgment.Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to leadership.Flexible schedule, including weekends as holidays, as needed.PreferredIntermediate Microsoft Office skills; comfort adapting to new technology and systems.PhysicalAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.Ability to walk, stand, and bend continuously throughout the day.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Competitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k).Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay.Career advancement and professional development as we open new hotels and restaurants nationwide.Employee discounts across our entire portfolio (25 hotels and more to come!).
