Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for serving others. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, and provide essential administrative support to our organization, helping to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must pass drug test and background check
