• Partner with builders to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining Roof Depot’s quality standards.
• Oversee crews during installations, including material retrievals and returns.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure installations meet company standards.
• Verify crew and punch technician payroll.
• Diagnose and resolve roof leaks during warranty calls.
• Conduct final walk-through inspections after project completion.

• Experience in construction supervision.
• Ability to confidently walk roofs ranging from flat to 8/12 pitch.
• Proficiency in computer systems for scheduling and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with customers, office staff, and crews.
• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Must have hand tools for minor repairs and punch list work.

• Comfortable working at extreme heights and various roof pitches.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in tight spaces.
• Tolerance for outdoor work in varying and extreme weather conditions.
• Capacity to handle loud noise and high-stress environments.
