Job Description:

This role is designed for a motivated professional with 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, who is eager to contribute to the success of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive operational improvements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Support Operations Teams: Collaborate closely with the COO and operations groups to analyze and improve operational processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
  2. Project Management Financial Support: Manage the project backlog, ensuring accurate tracking and prioritization of ongoing and upcoming projects. Oversee project time tracking to ensure resources are allocated effectively and deadlines are met.
  3. Operational Improvement Initiatives: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, leveraging financial expertise to guide decision-making.
  4. Data Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and create reports to provide insights into operational performance, including KPIs and budget adherence.
  5. Forecasting & Planning: Assist the COO in the capacity planning, billing forecasting, & expectations of savings on initiatives.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the finance and operations teams, ensuring alignment of goals, budgets, and priorities.
  7. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the operations and FP&A teams, recommending and implementing best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably in a high-growth or health tech environment
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and tools such as Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and project management software Asana. Familiarity with BI tools is a plus
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively support senior leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and project tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment
