Fitness Manager

Are you passionate about fitness and leadership? Join our team as a Fitness Manager (FM) and play a pivotal role in driving club success while inspiring members and staff to achieve their goals!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, hire, and develop a top-tier team of Personal Trainers.
• Drive sales of personal training, small group training, and supplements.
• Deliver an exceptional fitness experience through effective member onboarding and ongoing support.
• Ensure high-quality fitness programs and services are provided to all members.
• Manage the club's fitness schedule and oversee operations to meet performance goals.
• Conduct personal training or group training sessions as needed.

Certifications / Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Certified Personal Trainer certification (preferred).
• Current CPR and AED.

Experience

• 1-2 years as a personal trainer (preferred).
• Prior management experience in the fitness industry, leading 5-10+ employees (preferred).
• Successful personal sales experience (required).
