| Job Summary | Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for faculty, students, parents, university officials, and the public. Provide exceptional customer service and represent the College of Design in a professional manner. Answer questions and liaise with appropriate departments for further assistance when necessary. Offer accurate and up-to-date information regarding the college and its programs. Ensure timely resolution to inquiries and issues presented by visitors. Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate extension. Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks as needed. Execute general office duties and run errands across campus as needed. Manage filing systems, make copies, and sort documents as required.
