Position Summary:

As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role, performing clinical and clerical duties under the guidance of the Clinic Manager and Licensed Medical Professional to ensure optimal patient care.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Execute all point-of-care related skills, including phlebotomy, specimen preparation, and in-clinic lab testing.
• Conduct clinical procedures within certification guidelines and as assigned.
• Administer medications with precision.
• Accurately transcribe orders and address the learning needs of patients and families.
• Manage scheduling for referrals, consult appointments, admissions, and outpatient diagnostic testing.
• Maintain organized clinical areas for effective patient care.
• Communicate and uphold accurate schedules.
• Manage medical records following established policies and procedures.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
