• Oversee assigned hardscape installation projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget.
• Equip your team with the necessary tools and materials for successful project completion.
• Effectively manage time, productivity, project budgets, and material records.
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with customers, team members, and managers throughout each project.
• Ensure strict adherence to project plans and maintain exceptional work quality.
• Communicate effectively with management, crew, and clients to meet all project deadlines.
• Accurately complete all necessary job site and company paperwork, including daily reports.
• Read, understand, and effectively communicate hardscape plan drawings and specification documents.
• Ensure the job site is kept neat and organized at the end of each workday.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

• 2+ years of experience in directing, supervising, and installing hardscape projects.
• Ownership of a reliable pick-up truck or van capable of transporting tools to and from job sites.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs unassisted.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Proficiency in operating heavy and power tools (skid steers, compact excavators, trenchers, etc.).
• Ability to endure repetitive bending and twisting motions.
