We are currently hiring a Full-Time Activities Director to lead and supervise our Activities Program in a warm, caring assisted living community. You'll work with the Activities Team to create and lead meaningful events that engage and enrich the lives of our residents-on-site and out in the community.

Job Duties:
- Plan and manage the monthly activity calendar
- Supervise and schedule the Activities Team
- Lead group and individual physical, social, and spiritual activities
- Coordinate holiday and seasonal events
- Plan on-site programs and off-site excursions
- Monitor and document resident participation
- Maintain activity supplies within budget
- Promote a calm, inclusive, and engaging environment
- Encourage participation in enrichment and volunteer opportunities
Requirements:
Certified Caregiver (AZ)
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Food Handler's Card
Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card-
Valid AZ Driver's License with clean driving record
Free of TB-2 tests (documentation required)-
Must pass background, credit, and MVR screenings
Experience in recreation, arts, or activities in an assisted living facility or similar environment is preferred
Available to work around holidays and special events
