As a Community Operations Manager, you will play a key role ensuring programs run efficiently, teams are supported, and services reach the families and communities who need them most.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?As the Community Operations Manager, you will provide operational leadership and oversight across multiple Community Services programs. You will help ensure programs operate efficiently, remain compliant with funding and regulatory requirements, and continue delivering high-quality wraparound services to families and communities.
In this role, you will work closely with program leadership and senior management to strengthen operational systems, manage complex budgets, and support program development and sustainability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Strategic Communications—to align operational strategies and improve organizational performance.
You will also contribute to grant development, community engagement, and cross-sector partnerships, helping to identify funding opportunities and support proposal development that expands services and strengthens long-term sustainability.
WHO YOU ARE?You are a hands-on leader and strong collaborator who understands how effective operations support impactful programs. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, working across teams, and supporting program leaders to achieve operational excellence.
You enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and helping organizations operate more efficiently. You are also passionate about community impact and building partnerships that strengthen services and expand opportunities for the people we serve.
Ideally, you are someone who can analyze challenges, implement solutions, manage competing priorities, and build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and funders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
• High school diploma with a minimum of 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit operations, program administration, or organizational management.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple programs or service lines.
• Demonstrated success in program development, grant development, budget oversight, operational planning, and compliance management.
• Equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated competency will be considered.
