About the Job
This is not a role for someone who’s content with simply answering phones. At Korpack, we need a detail-oriented, customer-obsessed Customer Success Specialist who thrives on delivering white-glove service, building strong relationships, and ensuring every order and interaction exceeds expectations.
The mission of this role is to guarantee exceptional support to our customer partners through timely communication, accurate order processing, and proactive problem-solving. The Journey
Day-to-Day Customer Orders & Interactions:
Process and manage customer orders daily—including sales order entry and providing proactive status updates.
Partner with the Sales team to deliver excellent service, resolve inquiries, and strengthen relationships with quick and professional communication.
Act as a trusted liaison between customers and Korpack for all order-related questions, product issues, and service needs.
SO & PO Entry & Confirmation:
Enter and confirm sales and purchase orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-through.
Track vendor POs to confirm on-time deliveries, making sound logistical and margin-based decisions to optimize cost savings.
Handle full-cycle sales support—from quoting, order entry, and vendor coordination through to final customer follow-up.
Customer Experience (NPS):
Champion the customer experience by monitoring service performance, tracking KPIs, and proactively resolving issues.
Enhance satisfaction by managing order dashboards, reviewing pending requests, and consistently delivering results that increase loyalty and improve NPS scores.
House Account Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned house accounts, ensuring quick responses and white-glove service.
Understand customer needs, anticipate opportunities, and recommend additional products or services to strengthen relationships and add value.
The Requirements
- Experience in customer service, order management, or account support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- ERP system experience (Acumatica a plus)
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
- Professional, courteous, and proactive approach to problem-solving
