Accounting Manager at She Recruits, LLC – Broomfield, Colorado

Base Salary: $120K–$140K

We are are seeking an Accounting Manager for the Broomfield, CO area.

This is a critical replacement hire as the accounting team restructures, offering direct impact, visibility, and growth within a dynamic organization.

• Growth Stage: We are scaling quickly within the digital water space with market-leading YOY growth.

• Impact: You’ll lead operational accounting with a focus on revenue, while helping strengthen processes and systems.

• Leadership: Manage a team of two (Senior Accountant and Senior Accounting Manager shifting into a technical role).

• Exposure: Partner closely with the Senior Controller, FP&A, and operations to support aggressive growth goals.

• Flexibility: Onsite daily in Broomfield with the potential to move to 4 days/week once the team is established.

• New Office Environment with modern workspace.

• Lead general ledger and month-end close, ensuring accuracy across all entities.

• Review and post complex revenue transactions, including multi-year contracts, under ASC 606.

• Provide KPI reporting (revenue, receivables, collections) to leadership weekly.

• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A and operations to analyze results and drive improvements.

• Oversee Fixed Assets, CIP, invoicing, and revenue reporting.

• Mentor, develop, and manage direct reports.

• Enhance policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Support ERP/CRM re-implementation as the company modernizes systems.

• Assist with audits and external reporting requirements.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA preferred

• 7+ years of experience, with a mix of public (Big 4 or large firm) and private industry

• Minimum 2 years in a private role managing people

• Strong background in operational accounting & revenue recognition

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experience with Epicor and/or Salesforce a plus

• Grit, resiliency, and an ownership mentality in fast-paced environments
