About This Position
The Capital Investment Program Manager is a working manager responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and delivering capital improvement projects. This position is also responsible for supervising the CIP staff.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution, Construction Management, or a closely related field and at least (5) years of progressive engineering experience including at least three (3) years of supervisory or lead experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
