TopView, one of the leading sightseeing companies in the United States, is now hiring experienced Bus Drivers / Bus Operators to join our team in Philadelphia, where you’ll be at the wheel of something truly special—our Tea Around Town double-decker buses.

Tea Around Town is not your average sightseeing tour. It’s a unique, high-end experience where guests enjoy a charming afternoon tea service onboard a beautifully decorated double-decker bus, while touring through the most iconic sights of the city. As a driver, you'll play a key role in creating this memorable journey for our guests.

What Your Role Looks Like:

Safely operate Tea Around Town double-decker sightseeing buses along planned routes through Philadelphia.
Deliver a smooth, professional ride for guests while maintaining top safety standards.
Work closely with onboard hosts to keep the experience running seamlessly.
Always perform pre-trip inspections and maintain DOT and company compliance .
Represent TopView with a warm, professional presence and excellent customer service.

Qualifications (Must-Haves):

A valid CDL Class A or B license
Passenger (P) endorsement
Current DOT Medical Card
A clean driving record (MVR will be reviewed)
Ability to pass drug screening and background check
Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
