Director of Medical Billing and Coding at Oasis Treatment – Clackamas, Oregon

Oasis Treatment is hiring a Director of Medical Billing and Coding to oversee revenue operations across our growing behavioral health network. This role is ideal for an experienced billing leader who understands Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer systems.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 / year

• Lead billing and coding across outpatient, IOP, HIOP, MOUD, and psychiatric services
• Supervise billing team and daily operations
• Ensure accurate CPT/HCPCS coding and clean claim rates
• Oversee denials, AR, and payer communications
• Collaborate on payer contracting and audit readiness

• 5+ years of billing/coding experience, with leadership background
• Strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers
• Knowledge of ASAM levels and behavioral health billing
• Coding certification (CPC, RHIT, CCS) preferred
• Familiarity with Ritten.io or similar EMR systems
