About This Position
The Department Head for the Department of Business, Technology & Entrepreneurship provides academic leadership, instructional oversight, and operational management for workforce and curriculum programs and general education disciplines including Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, Accounting, Business, Office Systems Technology, Medical Office, Economics, Marketing, and Information Technology/Computer Systems. This role includes teaching responsibilities as well as supervisory and administrative duties. This employee is responsible for coordinating and directing all courses and faculty, both for curriculum and workforce-continuing education courses; functions as faculty supervisor; and has duties including planning, managing, and evaluating course activities.

- A master's degree or equivalent academic credential in a field of study pertinent to the program subjects offered in the School of Business, Technology & Entrepreneurship (Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, Accounting, Business, Office Systems Technology, Medical Office, Economics, Marketing, and Information Technology/Computer Systems).
