About This Position
Position Description:
We are seeking exceptional individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy interacting directly with end-users. We're passionate about customer service, and we run a responsive and professional operation. We love what we do. (OK, we don't love it every day, but most days we do). We are seeking to expand our team with individuals who are eager to learn about the latest technology and contribute to our award-winning team. Every day is different over here, and you must appreciate the thrill of thinking quickly on your feet.
Position Summary In this role, we work from home 80% of the time and on-site 20% of the time (although there are many weeks when it's 100% remote). We typically work around 40 hours per week, although sometimes we work a little longer. (If you work in IT support you know things can go crazy from time to time). Our office support hours are 8 AM to 5 PM EST. I would be lying if I said those were cushy hours, playing Xbox while listening to clients discuss email problems on the phone. That's not our day - we are busting it to help our clients and move on to the next issue. This role is part of a team of tier 3 engineers for high-level escalation support. When not working on projects, each member of the project team takes a turn on-call as escalation support for the standard after-hours teams and on-call technicians. Not always a favorite, but it comes with the territory. Our number one priority is taking care of our clients.

We are the company our clients call for everything, from basic PC support to hosted solutions and network management.
