We're looking for a Controller who is ready to lead. This is more than managing books—this is your chance to build the finance function in a data-obsessed, high-growth company. What You'll Do- Own the full accounting function with precision, speed, and clarity
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
- Lead accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, revenue, tax, and reporting
- Manage the monthly close: journal entries, reconciliations, cost allocations
- Prepare and review financials in accordance with US GAAP
- Evaluate contracts for proper revenue recognition
- Design and evolve internal controls and scalable processes
- Support pricing strategy, forecasting, and investor reporting
- Lead financial audits and manage external reporting
- Implement and optimize accounting systems (Quickbooks Advance experience is a plus)
- Build, manage, and grow a lean, high-performing accounting team
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or Business (CPA required)
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Public accounting background required (Big 4 strongly preferred)
- SaaS/Tech company experience highly valued
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices
- Strong modeling and forecasting skills
- Excellent communicator who can collaborate across teams
- Type A, detail-obsessed, and excited to own the Accounting function
