How you will make an impact: 

As the Wellness Program Manager at St. Mark Village, you will lead and develop innovative wellness initiatives that enhance the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our residents. This role is vital to creating a vibrant, inclusive community where residents feel supported, engaged, and empowered in all dimensions of wellness. This position involves providing personal and small group training in Village Health & Rehab, guiding residents and team members in the safe and proper use of fitness equipment, and ensuring best practices in exercise technique. You will also collaborate with departments such as Culinary Services, Lifestyles, Resident Services, Spiritual Ministries, and the Therapy and Rehabilitation Team to deliver a comprehensive, wellness-focused experience. Key responsibilities also include safeguarding resident confidentiality and contributing to the creation of educational programs that support physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, M-F, with daytime hours. Occasional holiday hours may be necessary.

What you will need: 

• A background or education in personal training, exercise science, physical therapy, social work, yoga, wellness, fitness, or another similar field.
• CPR certified (preferred).
• Minimum of six months of experience in a related field (preferred).
• A passion for interacting and connecting with others!
