Job Title: Litigation Valuation Associate
Location: Utah Hybrid – (2-3 days onsite per week)

What This Role Will Do
As an Associate in Litigation Valuation, you will support financial modeling, valuation analysis, and expert witness preparation for legal disputes, working alongside senior professionals and attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in business valuation, forensic accounting, and economic damages analysis for litigation matters.
- Develop financial models and damages calculations to support expert witness reports.
- Conduct financial statement analysis, industry research, and benchmarking studies.
- Prepare sections of expert reports, rebuttal reports, and legal documentation.
- Work with law firms and corporate clients to analyze financial disputes and litigation claims.
What Makes You Successful in This Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or Finance
- 1-3 years in business valuation, forensic accounting, audit tax, or financial analysis preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
