Patient Care Assistant at Community Foundation of Northwest Indiana – Munster, Indiana

Participates in preparatory aspects of care including transfers, transporting patients between the department and their hospital room or to diagnostic areas. The Patient Care Assistant assists the department in the location, organization and cleaning of equipment and maintaining the department in a clean, safe and orderly state. Provides a liaison between the patient/family and Department personnel. Education/Experience: High school graduation or equivalent required. Past experience in care of the sick and disabled preferred.
