Seeking Shift Supervisors for a Starbucks licensed store. We are looking for dedicated, energetic individuals with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, helping to increase sales, and to develop and grow their team.

Candidates best qualified will be part-time and available on both weekend days, with weekdays as needed.

This position would entail working the floor to support store operations, deliver legendary guest service, and help drive consistent sales growth. Candidates would be expected to be a part of or to lead a team of up to 8 baristas throughout scheduled shifts each day; must possess exceptional guest relations experience, be capable of multitasking in a very high paced environment, and leading by example to execute and uphold all Starbucks standards with their team.
