Position Summary We are seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to support patients in regaining independence and improving daily function in the comfort of their homes. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities Assist the Occupational Therapist with patient assessments and treatment plans

Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and ADL training

Implement OT interventions, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications

Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home exercise programs

Document visits accurately and in compliance with regulations

Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team

Qualifications Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program

Current Virginia OTA license (or eligibility)

Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (home health or rehab a plus)

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
