Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
- Present treatment plans and explain procedures and goals to families clearly and confidently.
- Assist with insurance verification, financial coordination, and payment options.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate treatment logistics.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and communication with team members.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
- Travel between locations - Arlington and Hurst
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare front office role preferred.
- Ability to explain treatment plans and financial options to families clearly.
- Positive, professional attitude and a team-focused mindset.
