Do you believe work and organizations can be part of God’s redemptive work in the world? Are you passionate about helping leaders grow, cultures flourish, and organizations become places where people, communities, and businesses thrive together? If so, the Good Place Institute (GPI) may be the place for you.

About Us

Good Place Holdings exists to provide people the opportunity and encouragement to grow toward their God-given potential, while building up Good Places in the communities where we live and work.

The Good Place Institute serves as the steward and cultivator of the Good Place philosophy and operating system. We partner with leaders and organizations to help redeem the culture of organizational life and work by applying Biblically derived principles, values, and practices that promote human flourishing, organizational health, wise stewardship, and community prosperity.

We believe organizations are not merely economic engines, but places of influence, formation, stewardship, and service. Through training, consulting, coaching, and facilitation, we equip leaders to build organizations that reflect integrity, wisdom, dignity, restoration, and long-term flourishing.

The Role

As an Organizational Transformation Consultant, you will work closely with the Good Place Institute team to equip and walk alongside leaders and organizations pursuing meaningful and lasting transformation.

This role includes delivering training, consulting, coaching, and facilitation services to both internal and external clients while helping advance and multiply the impact of the Good Place philosophy and operating system.

This is a highly relational and mission-driven role that blends consulting, facilitation, project leadership, thought partnership, and creative collaboration. You will help organizations align leadership, culture, systems, and stewardship practices in ways that help people flourish, organizations thrive, and communities prosper.

The ideal candidate is someone who can thoughtfully represent and model Biblically grounded principles in a professional setting, communicate with wisdom and discernment, and serve leaders with humility, clarity, and conviction

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver GPI training, consulting, coaching, and facilitation experiences that help leaders build and steward Good Place organizations

  • Manage client projects, timelines, communication, and overall experience

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Good Place philosophy and the Good Place Operating System—and apply it effectively with clients

  • Support proposal development, presentations, and follow-up communication throughout the client engagement process

  • Contribute to the development and advancement of GPI products and services, including assessments, training programs, certifications, tools, publications, and speaking engagements

  • Help steward and protect the Good Place philosophy, values, methods, and tools across the organization

  • Collaborate on strategy, growth initiatives, and innovation for the Institute

  • Build relationships with complementary organizations and stay connected to relevant ideas, movements, and initiatives

  • Represent the Good Place Institute through social media, events, conferences, and community engagement

  • Pitch in where needed—this is a collaborative team environment

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership/Development, or a related field

  • Experience in consulting, training, facilitation, or leadership development (a plus)

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Ability to think systemically, solve problems, and execute with care

  • Strong relational skills and emotional intelligence

  • A high level of integrity, stewardship, and trustworthiness

  • Passionate, self-motivated, and aligned with the mission of Good Place

  • Comfort using Microsoft 365 tools; Adobe tools are a plus

Work Environment
  • Office-based work in a professional, low-noise environment

  • Some regional and domestic travel required

Why Join Us?

At Good Place Institute, you won’t just have a job—you’ll be part of a mission. You’ll help leaders and organizations grow in meaningful ways while contributing to work that has lasting impact on people, communities, and culture.
