What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a Sales Associate who shares our love of fashion and commitment to exceptional customer service. You’ll be a collaborative team player who contributes to a welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient shopping experience while upholding store presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and engage customers on the sales floor

- Assist with product questions and styling suggestions

- Achieve daily sales goals (SPH, ADS, UPT) set by store management

- Maintain merchandise presentation through folding, sizing, and restocking

- Support store cleanliness and organization

- Participate in ongoing training through Bohme resources and hands-on guidance

- Communicate customer feedback and concerns to management

- Assist with merchandise processing and inventory tasks

- Follow all safety procedures and loss prevention protocols

- Operate the cash register and complete transactions accurately

- Perform additional duties as assigned by store management

What You Bring

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Comfort with POS systems and retail technology

- Previous retail experience preferred

- A commitment to delivering a positive, personalized shopping experience
